At Gran Corsa, each item is specially crafted for you. Our products are made to order, produced and shipped from our business partners and manufacturers in the USA, UK, EU, and Australia. This made-to-order approach allows us to produce items in multiple locations, control inventory levels, and significantly reduce waste. It also means we can offer customized options, letting you replace our brand with your name, monogram, or any personal touch you desire.

As each item is custom-made, it typically takes us 2-6 business days to create and dispatch your order. Delivery times vary by location:

- UK: 2-6 business days
- USA: 3-7 business days
- Europe, Canada, & Asia: 5-10 business days
- Australia: 5-10 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

For damaged items, email a photo to hello@grancorsa.com within 48 hours of delivery. We offer a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects (excluding normal wear and tear) and will replace qualifying items. If you're not satisfied, return the product with your name, order number, and account number—email us the same info. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the return. For wrong or missing items, email a photo or list and we'll provide next steps. Customized products are not returnable. Contact hello@grancorsa.com with any questions.

We stand by the quality of our accessories. If your product has a manufacturer defect at any time during your ownership, we will send you a new replacement - like for like. Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally occurs as a result of normal use, such as colors fading and abrasions.
